Frequently Asked Questions
Booking takes under 2 minutes. A nearby delivery partner is assigned as soon as one is available — pickup times depend on demand and partner availability in your area at the time you book.
Raise a claim in writing within 24 hours of delivery (or the scheduled delivery time) with photos and a description. Where loss or damage is attributable to the delivery partner, SNEL's parcel protection covers up to 10 times the delivery fee you paid, capped at the declared value of the goods. For anything valuable, we recommend insuring it separately — see our Terms for the full detail.
