Cookie Policy

Last Updated: 28 July 2026

This Cookie Policy (“Policy”) explains how SNEL, operated by Karigarium Private Limited (“Karigarium”, “SNEL”, “we”, “us” or “our”), uses cookies and similar tracking technologies when you visit or use the SNEL website and/or mobile application (together, the “Platform”). It forms part of, and should be read together with, our Privacy Policy.

By continuing to browse or use the Platform, you agree to our use of cookies as described in this Policy, except where we are required by applicable law to ask for your consent first. If you do not agree to our use of cookies, please disable them using the instructions in Clause 5 below, or refrain from using the Platform.

1. What Are Cookies

Cookies are small text files that a website or app stores on your device (computer, phone, or tablet) when you visit it. They are widely used to make websites and apps work, or work more efficiently, as well as to provide information to the owners of the site. Alongside cookies, we and our service providers may also use similar technologies such as software development kits (“SDKs”), pixels, web beacons, and local storage, which this Policy refers to collectively as “cookies” unless stated otherwise.

2. Types of Cookies We Use

We use the following categories of cookies on the SNEL website and mobile application (together, the “Platform”). The specific cookies listed below are illustrative and may be updated as the Platform evolves.

Strictly Necessary cookies cannot be switched off, as the Platform cannot function properly without them. All other categories are optional, and, where required by applicable law, will only be set with your consent.

3. Session and Persistent Cookies

  • Session cookies are temporary and are deleted from your device once you close your browser or app.
  • Persistent cookies remain on your device for a set period (or until you delete them) and help us recognise you as a returning visitor across multiple sessions.

4. Third-Party Cookies

Some cookies on the Platform may be placed by third-party service providers we engage for analytics, performance monitoring, maps and location services, and (in the future) advertising, rather than by SNEL directly. These third parties may use cookies, web beacons, and similar technologies to collect information about your use of the Platform and other websites or apps. We do not control these third-party cookies, and this Policy does not cover how such third parties use the information they collect. We encourage you to review the relevant third party’s own privacy and cookie policy for further detail.

5. Managing and Disabling Cookies

You can control and manage cookies in a number of ways:

  • Browser settings— most web browsers let you refuse or delete cookies through their privacy or security settings. The steps differ by browser; check your browser’s help menu for instructions.
  • Device / app settings— on mobile devices, you can generally limit ad tracking or reset your advertising identifier through your device’s privacy settings.
  • In-app preferences— where available, you can manage certain non-essential cookies directly from the Platform’s cookie or privacy preference settings.

If you disable or delete cookies, some parts of the Platform, including staying signed in, saved addresses, and personalised content, may not function correctly or may require you to re-enter information more often.

6. “Do Not Track” Signals

Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” (DNT) setting. Because there is currently no common industry standard for how to respond to DNT signals, the Platform does not currently respond differently based on whether a DNT signal is present.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the cookies we use or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. The “Last Updated” date at the top of this Policy indicates when it was last revised. We encourage you to review this Policy periodically. This Policy should be read together with our Privacy Policy.
